SHIPPING

Please allow 2-5 business days for all pre-made items, and 7-10 business days for any custom and pre-orders to ship. Your order will probably ship before these estimated timeframes as we are so excited to get your purchase to you. However, this is a good guideline of the processing times for our shop.

Typically transit time is 3-5 days with USPS First Class. Estimated shipping times may vary, especially due to the impact of COVID-19, and we appreciate your patience.

INCOMPLETE ADDRESS & REROUTING PACKAGES

Please double check your address at checkout. Feel free to email us if your order is being returned due to incomplete information. We will reship your order after any new shipping fees have been paid.

DELAYED PACKAGES/IN TRANSIT

Some packages say “In Transit” without tracking updates when they are actually on the move! USPS says we have to wait 30 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. International orders must wait 40 days before we are able to file a claim. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have.
